This Product Return Policy (“Product Return Policy”) is for all Products (“Product” or “Products”)
Distributed in the United States by Linyx. Note that this Product Return Policy contains distinct terms and conditions for returns from entities that purchase product.

Customer Returns
Product is eligible for return and credit under the following circumstances:
1. Date of Purchase
1. April 1st, 2016 to December 31st, 2016 (Refund is provided with 30 days notice from date software become available).
2. January 1st, 2017 to January 31st, 2017 (Refund is provided with 7 days notice from date software become available, if the system was not used).
3. February 1st, 2017 to March 31st, 2017 (No refund will be provided)

Return Request Procedures
A refund request must be initiated by contacting a Linyxax Account Specialist at 1-800-496-0667. Physical software copies do not need to be returned. Upon receipt of a refund, Customer agrees to destroy all copies of the software.
